Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unchewed, and in original condition.
• Items that show signs of use by pets cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@ParrotChewToy.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items marked as final sale
• Products returned without prior authorization

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
